1. How is pkt. different from my daily vitamins?
   
   

   There are many differences between vitamin pills, tubs, and pkt.  Most importantly, with pkt. you get the cleanest powdered vitamin available on the market. That means you are not ingesting any unwanted sugars or fillers!

   Unlike pills that are baked and take forever to digest, pkt. instantly absorbs into your body.

   pkt. daily packets ensure the vitamin and supplement dosage is always the same, compared to bulky powdered vitamin tubs.   

   Another great difference is the convenience of the lightweight packets while traveling; pkt. packs easily without taking up precious space in your luggage.
   
   
2. Where is pkt. manufactured?
   
   pkt. is manufactured in the United States at a facility that complies with the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), which is a designation strictly enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  The manufacturer of pkt. is also certified by NSF International, an independent organization that is focused on the betterment of human health and high public health standards. 
   
   
3. Is there added sugar in pkt.?
   
   No. It is our mission to produce a healthier vitamin powder made without any processed sugars or fillers. pkt. is lightly sweetened with only four natural ingredients: lemon crystals, citric acid, monk fruit, and stevia leaf extract.
   
   
4. What if I need to suspend or cancel my monthly pkt. auto-ship?
   
   Simply log in to my account to suspend or cancel your monthly subscription. It is just as easy to reactivate!
   
   
5. What is your return policy?
   
   We believe wholeheartedly in our vitamin, but for any reason, just return the unused and undamaged portion of your monthly supply within 30 days for a pro-rated refund. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We will suspend your monthly subscription until we hear from you again.
   
   
6. Is pkt. suitable for vegans?
   
   Yes. It is very important to us to help as many people as we can, so we took extra measures to insure we are vegan friendly.
   
   
7. Is pkt. gluten, dairy, and nut free?
   
   Absolutely! In addition to being gluten, dairy, and nut free, pkt. is manufactured in an allergen free certified facility.
   
   
8. Do pkt. packets expire?
   
   pkt. packets are weather resistant, and the sealed contents will generally last without any quality decline for two years. It is recommended to store your packets in a cool, dry place. An expiration date is stamped on each packet for your convenience.
   
   
9. Do you ship outside the United States?
   
   Our website is not presently set up to calculate international shipping costs. However, we are happy to ship on an individual basis. Please use the contact us tab on our website and we will be happy to fulfill your order.
   
   
10. When will pkt. charge my credit card?
    
    Once your order is placed, your card will be charged. Thereafter, your card will be charged automatically every 30 days for each monthly shipment.
    
    
11. How do I change my payment method?
    
    Simply log in to my account and from there you will be able to edit your payment method.
